My background combines a Bachelor's degree in Social Work with a postgraduate qualification in Management. Rather than offering generic leadership advice, I help people understand what is really happening beneath the surface. I enjoy exploring the question behind the question: Why are you getting stuck in this situation? Once we understand that, we can find practical approaches that genuinely fit both you and your environment. As a certified Peer Reflection Facilitator, I have guided professionals in learning from real workplace situations. My approach is practical, structured and approachable. I don't believe leadership is learned from theory alone, but through real experiences, practical tools and expanding your own repertoire as a leader. Coming from the Netherlands, I bring a different perspective. Dutch workplaces often value openness, clarity, ownership and a healthy sense of humour.
