Coach Circle pays out monthly. Where your earnings come from depends on your tier — Featured coaches share the subscription pool, Standard coaches sell à la carte. This article walks you through both, plus how to set up your payout method.

The ledger lives at /me/earnings

Sign in and go to /me/earnings. You’ll see three KPI tiles at the top — total accrued, à la carte earnings, and subscription pool earnings — and a full ledger beneath them with every credit line item.

Featured Coaches — subscription pool

Your courses are unlocked through Coach Circle’s all-access subscription. Every active subscriber can watch every published Featured course. The total revenue from subscriptions goes into a monthly pool, and 70% of that pool is distributed to Featured coaches based on watch-time. We keep 30% in exchange for actively promoting your work — featured placements, email campaigns, paid acquisition.

The pool reconciles monthly. Specifically:

  • Your watch-time across all your Featured courses is tallied for the prior calendar month.
  • Your share of the total Featured watch-time becomes your share of the 70% pool.
  • The first pool credit lands on the 5th of the month following your first student watch.

Standard Coaches — à la carte

Your courses sell exclusively à la carte. You keep 90% of every direct sale; the platform takes 10% for hosting, payments, and streaming delivery.

Your courses are not part of the all-access subscription — they stay visible in the public catalog for discovery, but students buy them individually to watch.

Credit lands in real time:

  • Student pays for your course via Xendit (GCash QR, bank, or card).
  • The moment Xendit confirms the payment, 90% of the sale price is credited to your earnings ledger.
  • The full balance is paid out on the next monthly payout cycle (the 15th).

Payouts

Monthly. On the 15th of each month for the prior month’s accrued balance. Paid via GCash or Philippine bank transfer.

Set up your payout method

Before your first payout cycle, head to /me/earnings and use the Payout method editor at the top of the page to add your details.

  1. Pick GCash or Bank transfer.
  2. Enter the name on the account (must match your government ID for KYC).
  3. For GCash: your registered Philippine mobile number (09XXXXXXXXX format).
  4. For bank: bank name + account number.
  5. Save. We verify the method before the first payout — usually within 24 hours.

Payout method missing on payout day? Your balance carries over to the next cycle. We’ll email you a reminder if we notice a missing payout method as the cycle approaches.

Receipts and tax

Every payout includes a statement of credits earned that period. You’re responsible for declaring this income to BIR as a self-employed professional. Reach out to a Philippine accountant if you’re new to this — happy to recommend one if you ask.
