Welcome to Coach Circle. You’re part of a small group of founder-trained Filipino coaches building a single trusted home for coaching in the Philippines. This article gives you the orientation — what the platform does, what happens after you’re approved, and the two steps it takes to actually go live.

What Coach Circle does for you

Coach Circle hosts your courses, handles checkout and payments, delivers video to your students, and pays you out monthly. You focus on what you teach. We handle the infrastructure.

You get a public profile page at coachcircle.ph/your-slug, a coach portal at /me where you upload and manage your courses, and an earnings ledger that tracks what you’re owed in real time.

What happens after you’re approved

Once your application is approved, your account is live — but your profile won’t show up in the homepage carousel until you add a photo and publish your first course. You’ll appear in the public coach catalog right away, but not in the high-visibility spots where most students discover new coaches.

That’s the next 30 minutes of work, and it’s the difference between “I’m on the platform” and “students can actually find me.”

Two steps to go live

  1. Update your profile. Name, bio, and photo — about 5 minutes. How to update your profile →
  2. Upload your first course. Title, description, cover, modules, lessons, video — 20 to 30 minutes if you have the video ready. How to upload your first course →

Where to get help

You’re reading the help centre, which is the first place to look. If your question isn’t answered in the articles here, email success@coachcircle.ph and one of us will get back to you. Real people. Usually within a day.

Where to start: if you haven’t done it yet, head straight to your coach portal and add your profile photo. Single biggest thing you can do for discoverability.
